Best strategies for regaining lost pet food e-customers
A scientific marketing research run in China studies which are the best strategies for regaining lost pet food e-customers (Xu and Shao 2015). Results show that when pet food brands use both price and relationship strategies on-line then it is easier to regain lost customers. Authors encourage pet food companies selling online to take into consideration, not only economic (lower selling price) but also emotional (empathy) aspects. In the same way, long term relationship with customers facilitate the process back to the brand.
